PAYMENT METHOD BY REGULAR BANK TRANSFER

Please note: The following reservation details must be included in the reason for payment:
Date of arrival and departure – kind of Room – BB/HB/FB Service.
Please make sure to mention the Booking Referential Surname and/or payment done, and send a copy of the transfer
or Money order receipt by Fax at 0973-878227 or through mail at hotelsandiego@tiscali.it
This to avoid bank transfer delays etc.

Info and Conditions:
- Send the deposit or prepayment, only after receiving official confirmation of the availability, the contextual quotation and terms from the hotel booking staff, via fax o e-mail.
- In case some time between the offered availability and the confirmation from the client passes, before sending the deposit or prepayment, always ask our booking staff for prior confirmation of the conditions and availability, through fax or e-mail, referring to your enquiry and the existent agreement.

Cancellations/Right of withdrawal:
- The deposit is not returned in case of reservations cancelled within 30 days from the date of stay.
- In case you want to cancel a stay for which you have already made a Prepayment, the hotel will hold the following penalties from the amount received:
– 20% for cancellations from 30 to 15 days from the start of stay;
– 40% for cancellations from 14 to 8 days from the start of stay;
– 50% for cancellations from 7 to 4 days from the start of stay;
– 75% for cancellations from 3 days from the start of stay.

The hotel also allows you to recover the amount paid and not enjoyed because of a possible cancellation, agreeing a different time in the same summer season, during which other dates of possible holidays’ stay are available, if transferable to third parties authorized by the client, and conveniently recommended, according to the selected substitute holiday time will be reformulated the quotation as per the corresponding price list.
The whole procedure will be done through fax o e-mail certifying changes and existent agreements.
